Returns & Refunds

We hope you never need this. But if the fit isn't right, we're happy to help.

Return conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached
• Each cardigan is individually numbered, so we're unable to offer exchanges — for a different size, simply return your piece and place a new order

How to return

1. Sign in to your account at polinabalanda.com (Sign in, top right) using the email you ordered with
2. Open your order and select Request return
3. Once approved, you'll receive an email with our return address and instructions
4. Post your return within 14 days using a tracked service — return shipping is arranged and paid by you; please keep proof of postage

Prefer email? Write to hello@polinabalanda.com with your order number and we'll handle it for you.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return
• If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll cover the return and offer a full refund

Preorders

Preorders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your piece ships — email hello@polinabalanda.com with your order number.
